Tackle Shop Salesperson

Have retail experience? Love to fish? Looking for a job to support your fishing habit? We are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly salesperson to help out at Lake Pro Tackle. Retail experience is a must, but a love of all things fishing with experience fishing North Texas tanks and lakes is a definite bonus.

Job duties:

Since this is a retail position, running the cash register, keeping the shop looking top-notch will be your top priorities. You’ll also be asked to pitch in when necessary answering phones and doing some light office work for Pond King. You’ll have the opportunity to share the occasional fish tale with customers and, if you have it, your experience catching fish in North Central Texas.

Qualifications:

Honest, easy-going with great interpersonal skills a must. Need to be comfortable with a variety of POS and iOS systems. Word processing and database management a bonus. Must be flexible and willing to work at least two Saturdays per month, plus a couple of mid-week days for a total of 24 hours per week.

• Employment Type: Part-time, year-round.
