Warehouse Production Assistant

This is the perfect job for someone with some previous manufacturing or production experience who is looking for a little bit more; more variety, more collaboration, more responsibility. As the Production Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our production manager and our entire production team to make sure things runs smoothly, and that all jobs get done to the Pond King standard and are finishing on time, on budget.

Job Duties:

Our production Associate must be good at prioritizing work independently to complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion. You’ll operate, maintain and clean a pretty wide range of manufacturing machinery and equipment and ideally perform routine preventative maintenance. While we’re all pretty fun-loving here, you will be expected to adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is required. Welding and metal fabrication experience a plus, but we can teach this if this is the only thing missing. We’d expect you to have a very solid work ethic with some interest in pursuing advancement. You need to have an excellent driving record (a current CLD is a definite plus), you’ll need the ability to handle physical workload and since we are a tight-knit group, you must be personable and able to work with others.

• Salary: up to $17/hour based on qualifications & experience
