Customer Service Representative

Do you love helping people? Are you great at multitasking? Were you born to solve problems? Then we have a job for you! We are desperately seeking someone with a great phone voice and excellent communication skills who is interested in helping both external and internal customers.
Serving customers is at the heart of this position. You’ll be on the front line with our customers; answering phones, fulfilling and packaging online orders, coordinating the logistics for boat and dock deliveries, including booking lodging and obtaining oversized hauling permits. You’ll get to talk with some of the nicest customers you’d ever want to meet, plus you’ll never be bored.
You must have great communications skills and be very detailed oriented. In addition to answering phones, you’ll assist with a variety of other office tasks, so you need to be comfortable working on a variety of different computer programs, including Word, Excel and QuickBooks. Must be flexible and willing pitch in where necessary.
- Employment Type: Full-time (Tuesday – Saturday workweek), year-round.
