Boat Fabrication and Final Assembly

We manufacture all our mini and small pontoon boats here at our facility 6 miles west of Gainesville and install our steel docks within a 150-mile radius. We are leader in the mini pontoon boat industry and are constantly innovating our boats. If you consider yourself a craftsman (or woman) who pays great attention to detail, this could be the perfect job for you.  

Job duties:

This position does require that you can do manual labor. You’ll regularly be putting the finishing touches on our pontoon boats and may occasionally assist in the manufacturing of our mini and small pontoon boats. Specific duties may include mounting seats, attaching rod and cup holders, battery boxes, livewells, some welding (mostly aluminum), and light fabrications. You will need to be comfortable with power tools and be very detail oriented.

Qualifications:

This position requires a High School education and some prior manufacturing experience. Welding experience, a current CDL, ability to operate a forklift, and/or higher education all desired, but not required. We expect all our employees to be honest, hard-working, and friendly.
